Promotional conditions December Giveaways promotion

These promotion terms and conditions apply to the Giveaways promotion of 18Toys, based in Son en Breugel (the Netherlands) and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 57324425.

All participants in this promotion are bound by the provisions of these promotion terms and conditions. By participating in the promotion, as a participant you agree to be bound by these promotion terms and conditions.

Promotion description

During the promotion period, which runs from 01-12-2023 to 31-12-2023 (‘Promotion Period’), participants will have a chance to win various prizes.

  • Promotion: 18Toys is organising a giveaway that any consumer over the age of 18 in the Netherlands and Belgium can enter. Participants will have a chance to win various prizes.
  • The promotion can be accessed through 18Toys.nl’s website and social media channels
  • Get a chance to win by entering your name and email address on the action page or by liking 18ToysNL on Facebook/Instagram and commenting on the action post.


The prize

  • There are various prizes to be won.
  • A prize winner will receive a message from 18Toys at the email address/Social media account they provided.
  • Employees of 18Toys and external parties with whom 18Toys cooperates are excluded from participation.
  • No correspondence can be entered into regarding the results and awarding of prizes.
  • Participation in this competition is open to anyone residing in the Netherlands or Belgium and aged 18 years or older.
  • 18Toys has the right at any time to exclude participants who misuse the win campaign.
  • Any gambling tax is for the account of 18Toys and will be remitted by 18Toys.
  • The prize won is personal and will be delivered to your specified address. The prize won is not exchangeable for cash.
  • The prize winners will be selected by 18Toys from all participants who have met all the required criteria. Winners will be contacted by 18Toys via email no later than week 24, requesting their address so that the prize can be delivered. If no response is received within one week, the winner will be disqualified.
  • At the time of handing over the prize, 18Toys may wish to take photos of the handover, which may show the winner. These photos in which the winner may be visible may be published on all 18Toys’ platforms (newsletter, social media channels, 18Toys.nl website) for as long as 18Toys wishes to publish those photos. If the winner does not agree to this, his or her right to the prize is forfeited.
  • 18Toys is not liable for the non or insufficient functioning of the website www.facebook.com, www.instagram.com, the telecommunication infrastructure and/or other errors in communication or possible consequences thereof.

General terms

  • In case of (suspected) fraud, unlawful influence on the promotion or otherwise inadmissible behaviour, 18Toys reserves the right to exclude the participant. In case of fraud, undue influence on the promotion or otherwise inadmissible behaviour, 18Toys is entitled to recover the full damages from the participant.
  • By participating in the Promotion, the Winner agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the Promotion.
  • 18Toys, its employees and the auxiliary persons it engages are never liable for damage of the participants or third parties (including consequential damage, loss of turnover and profit, loss of data and immaterial damage) related to or resulting from the promotion, the agreement or the use of the prizes won and/or products obtained.
  • An internet connection is required to participate in this promotion. The cost of such internet connection shall be borne entirely and exclusively by the participants. Under no circumstances can participants seek reimbursement of these costs (or any other costs necessary for participation in the promotion) from 18Toys.
  • Printing and typographical errors in all offline and online communication about this promotion reserved.
  • The promotion terms and conditions are available from 18Toys’ website. 18Toys reserves the right, without giving reasons, to change the terms and conditions of the promotion mid-term or end the promotion early. The most current promotional conditions can be found on the website.
  • In all cases not covered by these terms of action, the management of 18Toys will decide.
