Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped discreetly, so you will not see an 18Toys name or logo anywhere on the outside of your ordered package.

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed before 11:30 PM on workdays the same day. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. With every order you will receive a Track Trace code so you can easily track you order.

The prices stated in our webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

For orders below €50 we charge:

• Shipping within the Netherlands €5.95 incl. VAT
• Verzending naar Belgie €7,95 incl. VAT

Delivery via parcel deliverers of PostNL, DHL or DPD. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier may decide to have the package delivered again the next day, to take it to a pick-up point or to deliver it to the neighbors.
