Ordering and Payment

You will find the ‘Add to cart’ button at every product that can be ordered. Clicking it will place your product in the shopping cart. You can continue shopping in our webshop to add more products to your shopping cart. Or you can complete your order and checkout. The order process consists of 5 steps:

1. SHOPPING CART

This is an overview of all products in the shopping cart. You can change the quantities per product or remove products. By checking the box above the checkout button, you indicate your agree with our terms and conditions.

2. Voucher/discount code

If you have a voucher or discount code from us, enter it now to apply the discount. If you don’t have any, please skip this step.

3. ENTERING YOUR DETAILS

On this page you will be able to enter your details, these are the details that will appear on the invoice and the details for the delivery.

4. SHIPPING

Confirming your details will take you to the shipping page. From here, the shipping costs will be calculated.

5. PAYMENT OPTIONS

This step allows you to choose how you want to pay. You can pay using the following payment methods:

  • Belfius Direct Net
  • Bank transfer
  • Klarna – Pay Now
  • Klarna – Pay later (surcharge of 2.99% on the total amount)

Are you paying with the VVV Gift Card and the balance is less than the amount to be paid? After paying with the VVV Gift Card, you can choose another payment method to pay the remaining amount.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email our customer service team directly. They will know exactly where your order is and will be able to help you make the necessary changes quickly and easily. If your order has already been dispatched, we will also be able to help you, but we will not be able to change an existing order.
